Frequently
Asked Questions.

Answers to what we get asked most — appointments, turnaround time, and what our detailing actually covers.

General Detailing.

No — we don't currently offer mobile detailing in Tucson. Bring your vehicle to our shop and we'll take care of the rest.
Yes. We work by appointment so every vehicle gets the time it needs — book online or give us a call to reserve a slot.
Most details take 1–5 hours, depending on your vehicle's size and condition.
At least every 6 months, though it really comes down to how dirty your vehicle gets — more frequent driving, pets, or outdoor parking can mean detailing more often.
A car wash only rinses away surface dirt from the exterior. A detail is a complete, hands-on service — deep interior cleaning, paint decontamination, and protection — that restores and protects your vehicle inside and out, not just a quick rinse.
No — bring it as-is. We handle everything, no matter the condition it's in.

Interior
Detailing.

We do our best on every stain, but each one is different — we won't know for certain until we try.
Yes — we use a dedicated ozone machine to eliminate odors at the source, not just mask them.
Typically 4–8 hours, depending on weather and airflow.

Exterior
Detailing.

A clay bar is a specialized detailing tool that lifts embedded contaminants — brake dust, tree sap, industrial fallout, overspray — that washing alone can't remove. It leaves the paint perfectly smooth, which matters most before polishing or applying ceramic coating.
Water spot removal is included in our Full Exterior and Full Detail packages.
No. Once clear coat is failing or peeling, the only true fix is repainting.
